A representative vowels such as ㅏ ㅔ ㅐ ㅣ ㅗ ㅜ ㅓ ㅢ ㅘ ㅑ ㅕ ㅛ ㅠ ㅖ ㅡ ㅟ ㅞ ㅝ ㅚ ㅙ ㅒ , and a representative consonants, ㄱ ㄴ ㄷ ㄹ ㅁ ㅂ ㅅ ㅇ ㅈ ㅊ ㅋ ㅌ ㅍ ㅎ construct one single Koren letter together.Therefore, you can make 가 네 대 리 모 부 서 의 좌 챠 켜 요 퓨 혜 그 위 웨 워 외 왜 얘.
However, even though you combine these two groups, you cannot use certain words, such as 톼 풰 . These are rare exceptions that recent Korean people use in daily expression.

Sometimes, you can find 앓 앉 않 삯. You can see combination of consonants under 아. One consonant and also the other consonant make another consonant in these letters. You can practice these 'bottom consonant' in the other articles in this site.
